Faith-Based D&D Campaign
A wizard, displaced in time and space, finds himself on Earth, a world without magic. In his search for a way to return home, he discovers the origins of Christianity and embraces the faith. He travels to Jerusalem to pray at the Wailing Wall. This show of faith opens a portal back to his world. A rabbi, struggling with his own faith, follows him through. Together they spread the teachings of God in this new land. Adonai hears their prayers and reveals himself to this place, transforming a part of Aeramor into a version of biblical Israel.
This sets the stage for an epic battle between good and evil, for wherever God is at work, the Enemy is as well. As this divine movement grows, the opposition also increases. The faithful remain steadfast, trusting in this righteous effort to save all who believe. As the followers of the Enemy become more brazen, heroes are called from both worlds to uncover his evil plan. They must find common ground and seek a way to stop his demon and devil armies from destroying both realms.
The wizard, the rabbi and these brave heroes, along with their growing group of followers, must navigate a perilous path. Can they rely on their faith and newfound allies to thwart the forces of darkness? Together, they must strive to protect the innocent, spread the word of hope and find a way to defeat seemingly insurmountable physical and spiritual enemies. Two worlds of God’s children are at risk as the ultimate battle between good and evil is at hand.
What is a faith-based campaign for Christians?

Wholesome – Romance oriented players and murderhobos may not enjoy this campaign. There are plenty of options out there for that style of gameplay, I even run some. This is not it!

Reverent – The greatest form of magic is prayer. “Believers” all pray for their abilities. They can never use necromancy. There are optional homebrewed subclasses for each class. For example: Warlock patron is Adonai.

Spiritual – The players live in this world bringing glory to Adonai through their actions and words. The ultimate ideology is ‘Coram Deo’. The idea that whatever they do is “before the face of God” and believers should act like they know it.

Compassionate – Just but merciful – Players should always temper justice with mercy. No one they kill can repent and surrender to God. Lives should be taken only when necessary. Some enemies won’t give you a choice. It’s you or them, make it them.

The holy city of Elturel has been taken from the material world. It has been pulled down into Avernus because of an infernal bargain between the devil Zariel and the treacherous High Overseer of Elturel, Thavius Kreeg. Zariel is pulling the innocent into the devil army, fighting the demons in the Blood War.
The souls of all the innocent people of Elturel are fodder but Zariel is never satisfied, and the demon army is endless. Baldur’s Gate will be next to fall unless our heroes can stop the infernal plot.

Just when you though Vecna was done messing with the realms. His cultists have been found lurking in the sewers of Neverwinter. Whatever they are up to is certainly not good for the world of Toril or the Sword Coast.
It will take a group of hearty adventurers with strong sword arms, spell knowledge and the will to resist the greatest of temptations. Can your group of adventurers learn the plot of the mad-god, find weapons and allies, and stop him before he completes his latest plot?

The Council of Ebreyon has convened in Arcanyca to discuss many things of interest to the member nations. One of the most pressing issues is the emergence of a 'new God' and the changes his presence has made to a nearby continent. His people, calling themselves the Unseen, have come to Ebreyon to tell of his coming. None of the most powerful beings in attendance have any idea about this God or his followers. They only know that his appearance has caused warfare to erupt in the region. The Continental Council must decide how to handle this potential threat. The most aggressive suggest sending troops, the most reclusive suggest doing nothing. The compromise position is to form an investigative team to learn the truth.
Each member of this team will be hand-picked by their nation due to their loyalty and service. These agents may share an overarching goal, but each nation has their own plan to profit from this investigation. They must overcome long-running animosity, ancient feuds and betrayals from unexpected sources to grow into a team with a common goal.
Can they work together to find the truth about this usurper God and his Unseen followers? Will the politics of power aid them, get in their way as they unravel an ancient mystery? What secret will their investigation reveal that no one may be ready to hear?

Strangers traveling through the woods seek shelter from a storm at an Inn in the middle of nowhere. The quaint lodging is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owners are sweet, doting, and clearly don’t get enough visitors to chat with. The other visitors seem friendly enough. You are finally going to get a hot meal and a good night’s sleep, or are you?

Night of Masks & Mystery
In the city of Ibrido, there is a clear division between the wealthy and the poor. While the poor toil just to survive, the nobles enjoy a life of splendor and frivolity. Every week, a lavish ball is held at Castle Maschera, hosted by the Marquis Prospero di Maschera, who has a reputation for being a generous party-thrower and avid patron of the arts. The party is highly exclusive, receiving an invitation is coveted in Ibrido, and those who enter his social circle never leave it.
But the Castle, party and social circle hold many secrets. Just last week a strange, hybrid creature — half bird, half man — was found dead in Ibrido’s city square, tattooed with the Marquis’s symbol of two masks. Rumors have begun to swirl throughout the small town that something more sinister may be at play.
Did Marquis di Maschera’s party just get out of hand, or is there a real danger to the town and people of Ibrido?

Ralavaz the Night Blade, a notorious bandit chieftain, has been released from prison. Rumors
mark him as having returned to the hideout from which he and his band once operated — a ruined
watchtower in the hills. A group of bandits calling themselves the Night Blades is preying upon the folk of Whitesparrow. Is this a coincidence or is Ralavaz up to his old tricks again?
